Our restaurant is named for Leopold von Winning, founder of our estate. In the former horse stable, which has been converted with great attention to detail, we offer you a grounded wine bar flair with a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. Our friendly and professional team invites you to enjoy the Palatinate hospitality. In summer, we are happy to welcome you on our spacious LEOPOLD terrace in a relaxed Mediterranean ambience.
We are passionate about cooking finely interpreted traditional dishes, seasonal delicacies and regional specialities. The proximity to our products, conscious purchasing and careful preparation of the dishes are the most important ingredients.
In addition, there are not only the house wines in vintage depth, but also an exciting and extensive wine list with national and international highlights.

with braised pak choi, shiitake mushrooms, wasabi puree, and ponzu sauce. The marbling score of 11 is not only rare, but truly exceptional.
with Riesling sauerkraut and mashed potatoes, homemade bratwurst and leberknödel, with classic Saumagen from the Metzger Stähly butchery.
in a Pommery mustard sauce with crispy fried potatoes.
All sauces, leberknödel, fleeschknepp, bratwurst and blutwurst are homemade, of course. They are delicious examples of true culinary craftsmanship! Our meat, optimally aged from four to six weeks, and freshly caught fish are sourced from long-term partners in those respective trades. Our fruits and vegetables are all locally sourced on a daily basis to ensure premium quality. This is our contribution to keeping traditional cuisine not just alive, but unforgettable and distinctive with every plate we serve.
